Roe's was the first WYSIWYG site that I found and I just love it. Visiting it reminds me of going to favorite LFSs that have come and unfortunately gone. I ordered six mushrooms and and one zo - all shipped well except for one mushroom. Tyrone was very responsive to email and graciously reminded me to put in for a coral credit for the single loss.

Received my order yesterday and it was great. Zo's are sweet and almost immediately started to open. Working with you, customer service-wise, was also a breath of fresh air. You took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I was some "novice" who was wasting your time, unlike some other vendors, or that you didn't have time to help. This hobby is expensive and when you're new, you seek out the "approachable types"
who want to help YOU grow, as well as the corals, and not just take your money.

Just got my new corals in the tank. They are great. Just like the pics. They ship in very good packaged boxes and had no problems. Just a note to let you know how very pleased I was withm yesterdays coral shipment. Ten minutes into the tank eight out of the nine items had opened and were looking well- the only
exception being the cranky blue zo. One day later the zo's have opened as well and the whole lot just looks happy, healthy, and extremely pleased to be living with me.

I have to say the shipment was a hundred times better than what I expected… My wife was the one who talked me in to ordering online; the trouble was finding the right place. After 4 months of research and talking my wife out of ordering online, she finally made me pick a place. The reason why I pick your store was due to the fact it said, you get what you see, and nowhere did it say we would send one similar.
You shipped the corals on Monday and I received them at 1136 on Tuesday. When I opened the package I was in pressed with how they were pack in the box. I have watched them over the last 5 days and each one of the three corals look out standing. We are very impressed with you and your staff with the time and care in packaging and also with the coral you have. It is safe to say you have sold us, me on ordering coral online. Have order 2 times, 6 pieces the first time, one was dead on delivery because of a delay in shipping and it was a Hammer Coral which is more fragile than most. So I called up Roes they said No Problem just send us a pic of the coral, I sent the pic and got the Credit right away with NO HASSLES. All items were well packaged, triple bagged in a styrofoam cooler in a cardboard box . Would and have ordered from them again ordered 5 pieces yesterday received all in good condition today well packed as before. Honest Guys to deal with, if anything is wrong they will make it right. So don't hesitate to order from them, with these guys ya can order with confidence A Satisfied Customer!

Not only is the website easy to navigate but what I like best is being able to choose a coral and know that it will look the same under my lights, no blue cover up here. It is also very nice to be able to enlarge a picture, either close the window or go back to the display, then later compare the pages you kept, all without having to start from page one again.
I just started collecting polyps and Tyrone took the time to describe the various pieces and helped me decide what to buy, then put up with my switching the order at the last minute.
Finally, I had a problem with one coral which did not make it through shipping. Credit was given by return e-mail, no hassle
