description. Because we update our site with SOLD signs manually,
the coral you purchased might have been sold eariler in the
day. Therefore coral might not be available but BUY sign still
up. We try to update as much as possible, but there are times(like
after we send bulk email) that it will not be..We will email
you if not, and offer a sub or can cancel your order, your
choice.
NOTE: You can not add corals and dry goods
to the same order when clicking the buy it now buttons. Corals
and dry goods are not shipped together, therefore they will
go in 2 different shopping carts. To view your shopping cart

7 days of ordering. We are not able to hold orders longer
than 7 days.

shipped with different carrier?
a. We do not use UPS. We can
ship with Fedex . Shipping is a extra $10-$30 for Fedex.
Q. I received my package and
it says shipping was only $22.80 but you charged $35
a. We have one set shipping rate
$34.99 for up to 9 corals. So if you were to buy 9 corals,
it would be same price. Most likely you only purchased one.
We do not charge orders that ordered 9 corals more than $34.99
just like we do not refund orders that order one coral the
difference. It all evens out. We also do not have a box or
heat pak charge which most companies have. USPS has been a
reliable service for the 20 months we have used them.
Q. Can i use my Fedex account
# to ship with.
a. Yes you can use your Fedex
account #, we do charge a $10 box charge.
Q. Do you have a walk-In store?
a. No, we are striclty online,
but if you live in the Mecklenburg County area, we can meet
you in Charlotte to pick up your order. Order minimum must
be $100

$34.99 for next day shipping. If your zip is a rural area,
we will contact you to let you know if there will be any additional
shipping charge.

All orders over 9 corals will be subject to airport to airport
shipping at higher cost(cargo)
We ship out Monday-Thursday for Tuesday-Friday delivery. Allow for at least 24 hours to process all orders. You can request that order will be shipped same day, pending on if we are already booked up for that day will determine if we can.
Friday shipping for Saturday delivery: We are able
to ship out Friday for sat delivery as long as USPS has next
day service to your area. Please be aware that if your package
gets held up from being delivered sat., we are not responsible
for any losses. here
is also no alive guarantee IF your package fails to get delivered
on Saturday because of any Fedex related problem, weather,
plane trouble etc. All orders to ship on friday needs to be
made at least 24 hours ahead of time
We do not have any minimum order requirements. You can get just one item if you'd like, your choice.
We process orders asap and will let
you know when order will ship. You are responsible for being
available to receive package when delivered or email us AFTER
placing order to let us know what day you can receive.. We
can also use your FedEx account # to send package(only for
coral orders) . There will be a single $10 box charge using
this method.
If you want to add to your order after already submitting it to us, you will have to click the "buy me" button of the coral(s) you want and submit the order as you did the original. We are not able to run your card for more than the original purchase amount. We will email you your total for the add on order.

The Guarantee
Our corals on the Cherry Picking pages now have a 5day Stay Alive Guarantee for Priority Next Day delivery from the time it leaves our facility.
We will replace D.O.A item for free only once. Credit does not apply to any shipping charges . Ebay coral guarantees are stated in auction if available.
The guarantee is voided if your address is in a rural area. Please go to usps.com & check to see if you have next day service to your area. Our zip is 28208
***All orders are shipped with no signature required. You will need to be present during first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void, no exceptions***
Criteria:
Order has to be sent next day and must be signed for on first attempt.
The acclimation process must begin within 1 hour after delivery. All corals that appear to be dead will still need to be acclimated.
Your water must test within these acceptable ranges. Nitrite 0, Ammonia 0, pH 8.2-8.4,Alkalinity 2.5 to 5.0 meq/L, Calcium 400 to 475 mg/L, Nitrate less than 25ppm, and SG 1.021-1.025.
Never dispose of a coral that you wish to request a credit for.
To receive coral credit:
*We will only issue a coral credit for amount.
* We only give store credit, we do not refund $$ back to Paypal or Credit Card.
*Guarantee does not cover shipping charges on replacement.
*Guarantee applied to dead items of original shipment only, not replacement items.
You have 2 choices to get store credit for any corals that arrive dead, or die within the 5 days.
1. Send us a digital camera picture of the coral taken in your tank. We must receive the picture within the 5 days or 120 hours after it leaves our facility or our guarantee voids.
OR
2. Send the coral back to us along with a water sample. You will need to include a separate water sample with your coral if using this return option. Your water must test within these acceptable ranges. Nitrite 0, Ammonia 0, pH 8.2-8.4,Alkalinity 2.5 to 5.0 meq/L, Calcium 400 to 475 mg/L, Nitrate less than 25ppm, and SG 1.021-1.025 We must be notified within 5 days or 120 hours after it leaves our facility. We will then email you instruction on where to send coral to. Coral package must be postmarked no later than 24 hours after the 5 day deadline.
All acclimation procedures must have been followed correctly on all corals including any coral that appears to be D.O.A to ensure that your new coral has the best chance for survival.
We have to receive an email from you within 5 days after coral has left our facility stating the condition of the coral. contactus@roesmarineworld.com
Credit has to be used within 3 months after order was shipped.
Credit can not be used on orders that you are already using a discount or special.
Guarantee will void if:
No contact with us by the end of the 120 hour period.
Item is sent back to us without prior notice from us
Saturday delivery is sent to the home address not the holding station in your area
You refuse to accept the shipment in any condition
You have your order shipped any other method other then overnight
There is no one to sign for shipment on the first delivery attempt.
If you choose to have your order shipped without a signature.
Proper acclimating procedures are not followed.
Photo of item is not received within 24 hours after you email us stating d.o.a or 5 days from the day we shipped.
Carrier delivery damage, etc: Please Read
Any damage by the carrier or delay in delivery because of weather or any other reason is not our responsibility. We can only issue 50% credit. If package is delayed in delivery more than 24 hrs after package has left our facility, we will only credit 50% of live stock value. If delayed more then 48 hours, we will only credit 30%. Please, before setting a shipment date, check the weather in your area. Fedex does not reimburse us for a package's content that arrives a day late and dead. FedEx's policy is that any perishable good has to be able to last 72hrs in shipping.
We try to work with the customer, that's why we offer the 50% credit which comes out of "our" pocket if your corals arrive dead because they were delayed in shipping.
Returns: You may return any item as long as it has not been used, is in original box & has not been more than 30 days since purchase. Do not send back without us assigning you a RMA #
Defective Item: Most Manufactures prefer to deal directly with customer on warranty issues
Damaged Shipments:
Please inspect every shipment upon receipt. If merchandise arrives damaged, notify the delivery driver, then notify us before returning item. All parcels are insured, so keep all original packaging & shipping box in case an inspection is required.
